We provide a platform for cyclists and runners to discover segments with favorable wind conditions and provide deep analysis by connecting to their Strava accounts.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

- Service refers to the KOM Hunter website and platform accessible at komhunter.cc
- You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service
- Account means your user account created to access our Service
- Strava refers to the third-party fitness tracking platform that you may connect to our Service
Service Description
KOM Hunter helps cyclists and runners find optimal times to attempt segments by providing weather forecasts and wind conditions. Our Service operates on a freemium model with both free and premium subscription tiers. Current pricing and feature details are available on our pricing page.
Account Registration and Strava Integration
To use our Service, you must create an account and connect your Strava profile. By connecting your Strava account, you authorize us to access certain data from Strava as detailed in our FAQ section. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscription and Billing
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans for premium features. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service and the 14-day trial period provided, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Data Collection and Privacy

Your Rights and Account Deletion
You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You may delete your account at any time through your profile page, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems and cancel any active subscriptions.

Service Availability
